Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to ensure a seamless return process at no additional cost to you.
Pack and Ship
Place your frames in their original protective case and packaging, attach the prepaid label to the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new frames within 5-7 business days.
